  • Admit Responsibility and Pay Fine

You may pay your fine by mail or over the phone with a credit card for Civil Traffic moving violations only.  If you were cited for a non-moving civil traffic violation or a criminal traffic violation you must appear in court on your arraignment date.

All civil penalties are due in full on or before the scheduled appearance date.  If you do not pay your penalty in full on or before the scheduled court date, you must request a time payment plan. There is a $20.00 time payment fee added to all fines and penalties not paid in full on the same day they are imposed.

NOTE:  The Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) will requires you to attend Traffic Survival School (TSS) if you plead responsible for Red Light Violation(s) or for any moving violation if under age 18 (1st offense).  If you are eligible for Defensive Driving School and complete the class, the violation will be dismissed and MVD will not require you to attend TSS.

    How to Pay Fine

To pay your fine by mail, you MUST pay the entire fine and do so prior to the appearance date indicated on the bottom right hand corner of your complaint.  Upon receiving your complaint, you should have received an envelope that contained a bond card providing instructions about paying your fine by mail.
