National Night Out is a nationwide community-police awareness-raising event that promotes involvement in crime prevention activities, police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.  The event represents the kind of spirit, energy and determination to help make neighborhoods a safter place year round.  In addition, it provides helpful neighborhood and community resources.
