Last fall, Pima County voters approved a $22 million bond to build a new animal care center. On Thursday, July 23, they will have the opportunity to share their dreams for the facility at the Abrams Public Health Center, 3950 S. Country Club Road Suite 100 between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Fred and WynonaPima County animal lovers will be able to write down their ideas, prioritize their wish list and question representatives from Line & Space, the local architectural firm designing the new facility.

"As the only shelter in our community that never turns away a pet in need, we are committed to making this project a success for the pets and people we serve," said Kristin Barney, chief of operations. “We hope you will join us on this journey, and we thank you for your support!"
