PACC pupPima Animal Care Center partnered with members of the University of Arizona’s Phi Delta Theta fraternity to host “Phi Delta Theta Puppies” on Nov. 7.  The all-ages charity event will promote volunteering at, donating to and fostering for PACC.  In addition, there will be a kissing booth with PACC puppies and catered appetizers.

The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Phi Delta Theta Chapter House, 1745 E. Second Street. Admission to this family-friendly event is $5 and all proceeds will benefit PACC pets. Staff from PACC, including the foster and volunteer coordinators and adoption team members will be onsite to answer questions from the public and teach them how to get involved with PACC.

“Many college students aren’t in a great place in their lives to adopt, but they can always help our homeless pets by volunteering, fostering or organizing great fundraisers like this,” said Justin Gallick, PACC’s Live Release Manager. “We are so grateful these students stepped up to organize this event to help our pets.”

Pima Animal Care staff will bring a number of adoptable dogs and puppies ready for same-day adoption to qualified families.
