Workforce Investment Board MeetingPusuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, all notices of meetings of the Pima County Workforce Investment Board (WIB) and its committees will be posted on this page and on the Bulletin Board at Kino Service Center, 2797 E. Ajo Way, 3rd Floor, Tucson, Arizona which is open to the public Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m. (except legal holidays). Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda. All meetings of any public body shall be public meetings and all persons so desiring shall be permitted to attend and listen to the deliberations and proceedings. A.R.S.§ 38-431.01 (A)

The agenda must be available to the public at least 24 hours before the meeting, except in the case of an actual emergency under subsection D of this section. A.R.S. § 38-431.02 (G)

The minutes or a recording of a meeting shall be available for public inspection three working days after the meeting, except as otherwise specifically provided by this article. A.R.S.§ 38-431.01(D)
