    Pima County employees have been invited to join the Rockin’ To Fitness Challenge hosted by the Wellness Council of Arizona (WELCOAZ) and sponsored by Platinum Fitness.

    Rockin’ to Fitness is a FREE* 60-day challenge for Pima County employees. This company team and individual fitness challenge encourages you to increase your physical activity and to be a rock star of good health and wellbeing. Your activity is tracked through an online wellness portal. All fitness activities are converted into steps so you can compete to see who gets the farthest on a virtual race.

    There are two options to track your activities in the web portal:

    1. Use a body wearable (Fitbit, Fitbug, GoogleFit)
    2. Enter your time and activities
    Who can participate?
    All Pima County employees
    Delivery: Track your activities through an online wellness portal. (Portal webpage will only be available to the first 50 registered participants.)
    Duration: 60 Day Challenge begins July 1, 2016
    How to get started:

    Secure your spot by contacting HDwellness@pima.gov no later than June 15th. Please include your name, EIN & department when applying.

    Limited to the first 50 Participants!

    *All other participants can join a $29 Individual Entry Fee.

    Incentive:

    Additional Information: Includes a 30 day membership to Platinum Fitness  with 30 days of Studio Fit Classes and two FREE Functional Movement Assessments.
