From the Aetna Navigator Home Page, click on "Take a Health Assessment". From here you can either update your Health Assessment or click on "Launch My Programs" from the Online Health Programs box located directly under the Health Assessment box.

    Wellness Programs, your way

Aetna's online wellness programs help you work towards your specific health goals, at your own pace, with your health needs and lifestyle in mind.

You can choose to participate in that program or in any other available online wellness programs. The programs are meant to fit in to your schedule, not the other way around, and include:

    • The Relax program helps you find ways to manage your everyday stress.
    • The Balance program guides you to make changes that last by focusing on mind, body, and food.
    • The Nourish program shows you how small changes to your food choices can make a big difference.
    • The Overcoming Depression program gives you ways to gain control over your depression and see the bright side of life again.
    • The Breathe program to stop smoking and get support to help reduce cravings, resist relapse and feel healthier.

    Confirmation
