This watershed originates in Santa Cruz County on the western slopes of the Tumacacori Mountains, passes the eastern slopes of the Cerro Colorado, and then joins the Upper Santa Cruz River at Arivaca Junction. This watershed is comprised of 80,814 acres and contains 1,130 acres of SFHA and 13,359 acres of Pima County Regulated Riparian Habitat.

• No site specific issues identified.

8.16.2 Frequently Flooded Structures and Properties Subject to Damage
• The property at 28760 S. Nogales Hwy (Parcel 304324280) flooded during the 2018 Sopori Wash flood event. Water reportedly got to the door of the building, but either did not enter or barely entered the building. (T19S R12E Sec. 36)
• The building at 28800 S. Nogales Hwy (Parcel 304324580) flooded during the 2018 Sopori Wash flood event. (T19S R12E Sec. 36)
• The Cow Palace Restaurant (parcel 304324590, 28802 S Nogales Hwy) has flooded multiple times, most recently in 2018 due to a flood on Sopori Wash. (T19S R12E Sec. 36)
• The building at 28860 S. Nogales Hwy (Parcel 304324600) flooded during the 2018 Sopori Wash flood event. (T19S R12E Sec. 36)
• The property at 28890 S. Nogales Hwy (Parcel 304324640) flooded during the 2018 Sopori Wash flood event. Flow depths were approximately 4 feet on the property. (T19S R12E Sec. 36)
• Valley Manor Mobile Home Park flooded during the 2018 Sopori Wash flood event. (T19S R12E Sec. 36)
