    A Guide to Pima County's Downtown Tucson Parking Garages

    Pima County Facilities Management operates seven downtown parking facilities containing 2300 parking spaces. Four facilities are restricted to County vehicles and/or County employees. The two facilities described herein are available for public hourly/daily parking needs.

    Note: The Parking Garage below the County Administration Building, 130 W. Congress Street, is no longer available to the public.

    Public Works Parking Garage

    780 parking spaces

    Public Works Parking Garage is a six level above ground parking structure and is located at the northeast corner of Church Avenue and Alameda Street. Entry/exit is via Alameda Street westbound. This garage is adjacent to the Pima County Public Works Building. Security is provided by uniformed officers on patrol.

    Monday - Friday
    Enter 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

    Closed weekends and legal holidays

    Conciliation Court rate (El Presidio Garage & Public Works Garage) $2.00 flat fee.

    Note: The Pima County Superior Court Juror discount is applicable at this garage only. The discount is given on full day tickets only. Please refer to the back side of your jury summons for juror parking information.

    Public Parking Garages in Downtown Tucson

    El Presidio Parking Garage

    575 parking spaces

    El Presidio Parking Garage is a three level underground parking structure. It is located beneath El Presidio Park, between Tucson City Hall and the old Pima County Courthouse. Two vehicle entrances are provided. One from Alameda Street and one from Pennington Street. Pedestrian access/egress is via four elevators or stairwells located in the park. Pima County Facilities Management Parking Operations business offices are located on A level of this garage.

    This garage is convenient to Pima County Superior Court, Administration, Health & Welfare, and old Courthouse buildings. It is adjacent to City Hall and close to the Federal Office Building and Old Town Tucson Arts District.

    Security is provided by uniformed officers on patrol.

    Exit until 8:00 P.M.
