    Guidelines for conducting Pima County business with the highest standards of business ethics are assembled within this guide.  While the guide cannot address every potential situation, it does provide guidelines, tools and resources to assist with making ethical decisions, raising concerns, knowing where to turn for help and what questions to ask. 

    If a difficult business decision is encountered that is not addressed in the guide, consult or contact a supervisory level employee or Human Resources.  Also seek assistance if experiencing discomfort with a situation and/or doubts as to whether it is consistent with Pima County's ethical standards.
