    Administration Division

    Maintains and provides access to the legislative history of the Board of Supervisors; coordinates, prepares and posts Board of Supervisors meeting agendas; fulfills requests for public records; maintains the Pima County Code and the Board of Supervisors Policy Manual; processes various liquor licenses, bingo and fireworks permit applications; maintains membership information for Boards, Commissions and/or Committees; performs fire district creation and annexation mandates; accepts claims and litigation served on Pima County and performs all other duties as required by law, rule or order of the Board.

          Document and Micrographics Management Division

          Administers the Pima County Records Management Program which provides for the storage, preservation and destruction of County records. This division provides internal records services only. Public requests for documents must be made to the originating department.
