Contracts
The Procurement Department utilizes
OnBase as the official contract database for Pima County. You may search in OnBase by a variety of methods, such as Department Name (Doc_Dept_CD), Contract Number (Doc_ID_AMS), Vendor Name (Vendor_Legal_Name), Description (Description_AMS) or Board of Supervisors Meeting Date (BOS_Date). You may narrow your results by refining your criteria. The “asterisk” is the wildcard symbol. An * can be used in the Doc_ID_AMS, Vendor_Legal_Name, Alias_DBA and Description_AMS fields. When you find the contract you would like to view, simply click on it to view/print the contract image.
