    Medical Resources & Assistance Programs

    Online and Telephonic Medical Consultations

    Informed Health® Line: Members enrolled in the Pima County medical plan may call the Informed Health Line toll-free at 1-800-556-1555. This service, staffed by trained registered nurses, is available 24/7, 365 days a year and is offered through Aetna. You may call when you have a health concern or question. While the nurses aren’t authorized to diagnose or prescribe medications, they may answer questions, help you decide where to seek care and help you take care of a health problem until you get to the doctor.

    Teladoc is available for members enrolled in the Pima County medical plan. Teladoc gives employees access 24 hours, 7 days a week to a U.S. board-certified doctor through the convenience of phone, video or mobile app visits. Once you’ve requested a consult, a doctor will call you back typically within 10 minutes. Learn more about Teladoc.
