    Board of Supervisors

    Members of the Board of Supervisors are elected every four years. All five Districts elect their Supervisor in the same year.

    • Clerk of the Board - maintains and provides access to the legislative history of the Board of Supervisors; coordinates, prepares and posts Board of Supervisors meeting agendas; fulfills requests for public records and much more.


    Identifies all property subject to taxation, determine who owns the property, determine the property's value, maintain the assessment roll, and to process appeals and exemptions as specified by law.

    Clerk of the Superior Court

    Serves as the record keeper for the Court, as well as the collector of all fees, fines, bonds and restitution. The Superior Court also oversees Juvenile Court filings such as Adoption, Dependency, Severance and Delinquency Actions.


    Serve civil and criminal papers of the Pima Justice Court, Pima County agencies/departments, and those papers received from out of area courts equivalent to the level of our Justice Court.

    County Attorney

    Prosecutes crimes against adults and children and offers extensive services to crime victims.


    Has two distinct yet separate functions, Recording of Documents and Voter Registration.

    School Superintendent 

    Is a constitutional office with specific statutory mandates and authorities (Constitution of the State of Arizona, Article XI). Its statutory responsibilities fall into four broad categories: fiscal, special administration, informational and educational.


    Provides effective and professional public safety services with integrity, honor, and compassion.


    Duties of the Treasurer's Office include receipt, management and disbursement of public funds, as well as collection, management and distribution of property taxes levied by various units of local government.
