The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has recently approved the use FLO-2D Version 2009.6 for hydrology in Pima County for “watersheds with flows characterized as dispersed surface runoff instead of concentrated channel flow.” The Pima County Regional Flood Control District has developed Technical Policy 33 for two dimensional models such as FLO-2D. Please follow this policy when submitting reports with a FLO-2D analysis to the District.
