    Neighborhood Leadership InstituteAre you involved in a neighborhood association or organization? Do you want to improve your leadership skills?

    The Pima County Neighborhood Reinvestment Program is offering a Neighborhood Leadership Institute on Saturday, Sept. 13, to help residents, especially of stressed neighborhoods and communities, make their organizations more effective.

    The institute will be 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Pima County Housing Center, 801 W. Congress St.

    Topics to be covered include leading great meetings, strengthening government partnerships and sharing neighborhood successes and challenges.
