The Flood Control District is preparing for potentially hazardous conditions stemming from severe weather associated with Tropical Storm Odile.  The District is preparing for field operations in support of Pima County Office of Emergency Management.  Please note that any storm, flood, or safety warnings and road closure announcements will be issued by either the National Weather Service or Pima County Office of Emergency Management.  The District does not issue warnings or announce road closures.  Please visit the Tropical Storm Odile web page that Pima County has created to inform the public about the storm, including safety announcements and closures.

The District's role during the storm is to document damage to public infrastructure, monitor flooding, and report hazardous situations to the Office of Emergency Management, where an appropriate response to the hazard will be determined.  As resources and conditions allow, the District will also have staff responding to Drainage Complaints from the public.

The public should report all emergencies to 9-1-1.
