PetSmart Charities national adoption weekendPima Animal Care Center is hosting a 3-day offsite adoption party at five area PetSmart stores as part of PetSmart Charities® National Adoption Weekend on Nov. 13, 14 and 15.

The offsite event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, and all adoption fees will be just $20 for qualified loving families. That all-inclusive fee includes each adopted pet’s spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations, microchip, dog-licensing fees (when applicable) and a free vet visit. This event was made possible by a $6,500 grant from PetSmart Charities.

“It’s getting colder outside, and now is the perfect time to bring a furry snuggle buddy into your heart and home,” said Kristin Barney, PACC’s chief of operations. “We have more than 500 dogs, cats, puppies and kittens ready to go home with you.”

You can find the PACC adoption party from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Nov. 13-15, at:

PetSmart at Oracle & Wetmore (dogs, cats, puppies and kittens)
PetSmart at Grant & Swan (dogs, cats, puppies and kittens)
PetSmart at El Con Mall, between Home Depot and Target (dogs, cats, puppies and kittens)
PetSmart at Orange Grove & River (dogs and puppies)
PetSmart at Irvington & I-19 (cats and kittens)

Pima Animal Care Center will also honor the $20 adoption special at its shelter, 4000 N. Silverbell Rd. all weekend long. For more information and to see the adoptable pets, visit PACC’s webpage
