Get ready for some football as 14 local youth teams face off in the City Championship Games on Saturday Nov. 21 at the Kino Sports Complex North Stadium.

The teams will play a total of seven championship games (one game for each of the participating divisions, 8U to 14U). The first game will start at 8 a.m. at the North Stadium.

Parking for the event is free and game admission is only $5 for attendees ages 15 and over, cash only. In addition, the stadium will offer a concessions snack bar with typical stadium food items, such as hot dogs, hamburgers chips, soda, water, and other snacks. Guests cannot bring their own food items, except “factory-sealed” bottles of water.

The participating teams come from the Tucson Youth Football & Spirit Federation, a local non-profit corporation with football, tackle football and spirit programs. The league plans to announce its all-star teams at Saturday’s championship games.
