Find a gift suited for the whole family this holiday season during Santa’s Adoption Party happening Dec. 18-20 at Pima Animal Care Center’s shelter, 4000 N. Silverbell Rd.

The adoption party kicks off Friday at noon with $20 adoption fees for all pets including puppies and kittens, and a special visit from Santa until 4 p.m. The adoption specials will continue through the weekend during normal business hours alongside music and entertainment provided by event sponsors, Tucson Electric Power, 94.9 Mix FM, and 106.3 The Groove.

As part of PACC’s promotion weekend, Santa will visit the shelter all weekend long from noon – 4 p.m. and each adopted pet will receive a special gift such as a toy, treats or an outfit. In addition, those lucky pets adopted out while Santa’s at the shelter will get a free picture with Santa and their new family.

“Adopting a pet from PACC is the holiday gift that gives back,” says Justin Gallick, PACC’s live release manager. “Not only will you gain a new member for your family, you’ll know that you gave that homeless dog or cat the gift of love.”

As always, pets adopted will also leave the shelter spayed or neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, and with a free vet visit, too. The fee also covers any applicable licensing fees.
