  • Human Resources application system goes live

    The Pima County Human Resources Department plans to implement a new online Applicant Tracking System called NEOGOV Insight.  

    The system will go live and start displaying new Pima County job openings beginning on Thursday, July 21. It will allow Human Relations to provide additional services and information to applicants.  

    As with the current application system, once application materials are submitted, users can apply for multiple positions without having to resubmit information or material. 

    applicationHiring departments will continue to screen already received applications in the current system until their recruitment processes have completed. 

    Account information and profile materials submitted through the old system will not be transferred to the new online application system.  Users must create a new account and submit application materials for any new position they are interested in through the newly launched system.

    Our website www.pima.gov/hr will have specific information to assist you in this new on-line process to make the transition as efficient as possible once the conversion to the new system is completed.
