TEAM W.O.R.K.
A staff of trainers dedicated to providing training that is
Worthwhile – Ongoing – Relevant – and Knowledge-based.
We recognize that times have been tough recently and we’ve all been impacted by recent health concerns with COVID-19, civil rights events, and the most recent fire dangers. All of you have made individual and unique sacrifices to meet the needs of Pima County. Know that you are NOT alone, and we continue to listen and support as we come together, united, for hope and resilience in these uncertain times.
We want you to know we are at 33 North Stone Avenue and are continuing to work hard for you! We understand many of you have questions and concerns regarding when and how training will resume.
Presently, we are unable to conduct live, in-person training due to social distancing guidelines. However, we are currently focused on creating great courses to meet your training needs – such as a modified Supervisor Boot Camp, Onboarding, and Triennial Harassment Prevention training. We will announce some of our new online courses in the coming weeks. Check your email and the Human Resources Training Unit web page for more of our updates!
Take care of yourselves, take care of each other, stay connected, and know that together we will rise, because we A.R.E. Pima County – Accountable, Respectful, and Ethical.
