Pima County’s Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation (NRPR) is sponsoring two community Halloween events Oct. 28-29 offering safe trick-or-treating for children.
Kids of all ages can attend a “Community Hallo – Fest” Friday, Oct. 28, 6-8 p.m. at the Littletown Community Center/Thomas Jay Park, 6465 S. Craycroft Road. The event is offered in partnership with the Craycroft Elementary School PTO, Tucson Jaguars youth football and spirit and Desert View High School’s wrestling club. Call 574-1404 for

A second event will be offered Saturday, Oct. 29, 6-8 p.m., at Picture Rocks Community Center, 5615 N. Sanders Road. The “Trunk or Treat” event allows kids to trick or treat from car to car. A haunted horse trailer also will be on site. Call 682-7166 for
