    Summer SlimDown Contest
    Starts Monday, June 19.
      
    Complete the Online Registration Form no later than June 19 to get started. 
     
    This 10-week program will motivate you to shed those extra pounds by teaming up with (or against) your co-workers to lose weight during the summer months. 

    You may weigh-in at home or at work. View the Worksite Weigh-in Schedule to find a location near you.

    Earn up to 30 Healthy Lifestyle Activity Points for participating.

      Seasonal Fitness Challenge
    Summer challenges begins June 1, 2017
     
    Complete the Online Registration Form to get started.
     
    If you have already registered for a previous season, there is no need to re-register. 
     
    The goal of the challenge is simple: to accumulate at least 150 minutes of physical activity each week. 150 minutes is equal to an average of 20 minutes of exercise a day. Physical activity includes anything that requires moderate to active participation and is continuous for at least ten consecutive minutes. Each day you are physically active, you will track your total minutes on the Exercise Tracking Logs.
     
    Earn 10 to 30 Healthy Lifestyle Activity Points each season by submitting your Exercise Tracking Logs.
