The Pima County Deferred Compensation Plan is offered by Nationwide under the Arizona State Retirement Systems (ASRS) Supplemental Salary Deferral Plan (SSDP). This plan allows you to contribute a portion of your salary to supplement retirement savings on a pre-tax basis.
Section 457 Deferred compensation plans are designed to help you supplement your retirement income. The County does not match funds or make any contributions. |

All existing Pima County deferred compensation 457 accounts will transfer to a new plan, administered by Nationwide in partnership with Arizona State Retirement System. Deferred Compensation deduction changes will be effective July 1, 2018. |
