    July 4 fireworksKino Sports Complex will hit it out of the park this Fourth of July with its 2nd Annual Diamonds in the Sky celebration featuring the Tucson Saguaros baseball team, a post-game fireworks spectacular, and giveaways for the whole family, including free fidget spinners for kids.

    Buy your advance tickets before they sell out. General admission tickets only $4 and all kids 5 and under get in free. Tickets will be on sale at the Kino Box Office from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, and Monday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. All advance ticket purchases will include free parking on the day of the event. 

    Reserved seating tickets are also available with prices ranging from $11 to $15. Visitors can purchase them online at the Tucson Saguaros website until 10 p.m. Friday or at the Kino Box Office through Monday.

    The 2nd Annual Diamonds in the Sky Celebration will be held at Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium, 2500 E. Ajo Way. Arrive early to get a good seat. General admission seating is first-come, first-served. Gates open at 5 p.m. and the Tucson Saguaros ball game against the Monterey Amberjacks starts at 6 p.m. 

    Congresswoman Martha McSally will sing the national anthem and Pima County Supervisor Ramón Valadez will throw the first pitch. 

    gamesFestivities will include an array of games for kids of all ages, face painting, jumping castles, music, contests in between innings, a post-game fireworks display and giveaways for the entire family, including free fidget spinners for kids, 6 years and older. In addition, the Stadium will offer $1 hot dogs – limit 4 per transaction, concession food items, kettle corn, ice cream and much more.

    During this event, Kino Stadium will enforce its clear bag policy, which requires visitors to bring personal items inside a clear plastic vinyl bag that does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” or a small clutch bag no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”. The Stadium will also apply its no outside food and beverage policy, with the exception of one pre-sealed bottle of water per person.
