    Program:

    Weight Watchers at Work

    Description:

Employees can join one of the most successful group weight loss programs hosted onsite at various Pima County worksites or at any offsite location in Arizona.

The Weight Watchers at Work program aims to inspire participants to eat a healthy diet by using Weight Watcher’s myWW program. When it comes to losing weight, everyone's needs are different. That's why for the first time ever, Weight Watchers (WW) is offering multiple ways to experience the journey with three different plans: Green, Blue, and Purple. When you join WW, you'll be matched with a plan that best fits your lifestyle.

Employees pay a fee for access to a 12-week series of meetings which includes weekly weigh-ins and the digital tracking system. Participants stay motivated with the guidance from a trained leader and other members who are on the same weight management path.
    Who can participate?
Meetings are open to Pima County employees and family members.
    Delivery: Onsite and offsite meetings
