  • Fall Ball Music Festival returns to Kino Stadium Oct. 21

    The 14th annual Rock 102.1 KFMA Fall Ball Music Festival, Southern Arizona’s largest outdoor fall festival, returns to Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium, 2500 E. Ajo Way, Oct. 21 bringing popular rock bands to the stage, including Breaking Benjamin, Pierce the Veil, Thrice, Beartooth and others. 

    concert at KinoKino Stadium officials expect a sell-out crowd for the all-day music festival, which runs from noon to 10 p.m. A performance by Message to the Masses kicks off the concert at 12:20 p.m. followed by back-to-back rock band appearances from Silent Rival, Juiceboxx, Welshly Arms, Dreamers, Beartooth, Thrice, Pierce the Veil and this year’s headliner, Breaking Benjamin.

    For the safety of festival attendees, Kino Stadium officials will enforce a clear bag policy, which restricts the size and type of bag visitors can bring to the venue. In addition, KFMA has published a list of prohibited items on its website, including a list of behaviors that may result in removal from the event. A “no food and beverage policy” will also apply. Additionally, all attendees will be subject to search by security upon entry.     

    To purchase advance tickets for this event, rock fans can visit any Tucson area Pizza Hut location or buy them online at KFMA’s website. General admission tickets are only $40. On the day of the festival, the Kino Box Office will start selling general admission tickets at 10:30 a.m. 

    The parking lot opens at 9 a.m. and gates open at noon. A $7 parking fee will apply. For details on how you can score free parking, visit the KFMA Fall Ball website before Oct. 20.
