This is the opportunity to enroll or re-enroll in an Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or make contribution changes to your Health Savings Account (HSA) for calendar year 2018. To enroll or make benefit changes, use the online Employee Self Service (ESS) site at https://portal.adp.com.
The enrollment period ends on November 27, 2017. For specific plan details and information, please visit the Benefits website.
HSA Information:
- You can make changes to your HSA contributions at any time during the year.
- If you do not make any HSA changes, your current biweekly deduction will carry forward to the new year. Deductions may vary due to rounding, bi-weekly limits, and certain life events that may occur during the plan year.
- Please note that the IRS has raised the 2018 annual limit from $3,400 to $3,450 for single coverage.
- The annual limit for employees with dependent coverage will increase from $6,750 to $6,900.
- If you are age 55 and over you may elect to contribute an additional $1,000.
FSA Information:
- Health Care and Dependent Care FSA participation require you to re-enroll every year.
- The annual limit for Health Care FSA has been increased from $2,600 to $2,650.
- Unused amounts up to $500 remaining in your Healthcare FSA account will rollover to the next calendar year only if you re-enroll.
- The annual limit for Dependent Care FSA will remain $5,000 and does not rollover.
Changes will be effective January 1, 2018 and reflected on your January 12, 2018 paycheck.
