2018/2019 Healthy Lifestyle Premium Discounts (HLPDs) Eligibility Deadline is February 28, 2018

Did you know that by taking simple steps like being tobacco-free, completing the on-line health assessment, completing a preventive exam, or participating in other healthy lifestyle activities you could save on your medical premiums?
To be eligible for each of the four 2018/2019 Healthy Lifestyle Premium Discounts (HLPDs), you need to complete the eligibility requirement for each discount by
February 28, 2018 and certify that you are tobacco free during Annual Enrollment in the Spring (April/May). Not sure where your progress stands for each discount? Follow the detailed

12 Days of Wellness Challenge

For most people, it can be a difficult time of year to keep one's health priority due to the many holiday activities going on, abundance of food and lack of physical activities. Back again this year, the 12 Days of Wellness Challenge starts
December 2017. The program is designed to be a helpful tool you can use to keep yourself on track with your health. Participate in wellness activities from these four categories:

Wellness Program Activity of the Month: Free Tobacco Cessation Programs

Is your 2018 New Year’s resolution to become tobacco free? Pima County wants to help you succeed, so we’ve put together a list of
FREE tobacco cessation counseling programs to help you succeed!
If you’re on the County’s medical plan, you can participate in Aetna’s Healthy Lifestyle Coaching (HLC) Tobacco Free Program. Participate in 20-minute weekly, telephonic one-on-one coaching sessions for up to one year and/or six, 30-minutes group sessions. The program also includes an optional 8-weeks of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT). Visit
