  • Watch for pavement preservation work at three locations

    Beginning Wednesday, January 10 through Friday, January 12, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Pima County Department of Transportation will be performing the final thermal plastic striping on the recently completed roadways. The are as follows:
    • Mission Road from Drexel Road to Ajo Way
    • Drexel Road from Mission Road to Cardinal Avenue
    • Cardinal Avenue from Valencia Road to Nebraska Street
    Motorists can expect lane restrictions and reduced speed. Sheriff's deputies and flaggers will be assisting through the work zone. Please approach the area with caution and obey all traffic control devices. Minor delays may occur during this work.

    In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, the construction schedule is subject to change.
