    Important information regarding your FY 2018/19 Medical (Aetna) and Pharmacy (CVS/caremark) Benefits

    If you are enrolled in the medical High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) for FY 2018-19, please click here to read important information for July 1, 2018, including:

    • CVS/caremark will be the new Pharmacy Benefit Manager effective 7/1/18.
    • CVS/caremark Customer Care Line and web-portal available.
    • New Member ID cards will be issued in June.

    New Employee Loan Program
    We are pleased to announce that beginning July 1, 2018, an Employee Loan Program will be available through Kashable, an Arizona licensed consumer lender. Click here to read more about the program.

    Deferred Compensation Plan Update
    Effective July 1, 2018, all Pima County Deferred Compensation 457(b) accounts will transfer to a new plan, administered by Nationwide in partnership with the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) Supplemental Salary Deferral Plan (SSPD). Click here to learn more.

    Mobile Onsite Mammography (MOM) coming in August

    Mark your calendars August 13 - 17, 2018 – MOM will be back to provide high quality, convenient and confidential mammography screenings for all Pima County employees and their family members. Details and appointment scheduler will be available soon on the Mobile Onsite Mammography webpage.

    Gym membership subsidies and discounts

    Are you looking for a gym or new fitness facility? Well you’re in luck!  Not only does Pima County Employee Wellness offer subsidized rates with LA Fitness and the YMCA for all employees and their family members, some local gyms have generously offered various discounts to our employees too.
