    ballot by mailThe Pima County Recorder's Office urges registered voters who would like to order a ballot by mail for the Aug. 28 Primary Election to do so by 5 p.m., Friday Aug. 17.

    To ensure the request is received on time, voters should call the Recorder's Office at (520) 724-4330. The line is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Another option is to visit the Recorder’s website and select the Online Request option. All electronic requests must be made before the deadline.

    Community members may also visit an early voting site. Early voting will open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. To see all the available sites in Pima County, visit the Early Voting Sites listed on the Recorder's website. 

    To date, the Recorder's Office has received over 60,000 completed Ballots by Mail. To see the status of your returned ballot, check the Ballot by Mail Status webpage and type in the required information.
