    Everything you need to know before heading out to the Mexican Baseball Fiesta Oct. 4-7

    Here are some of the most frequently asked questions regarding this annual event.

    • Who's playing? 
    • Where will the games take place and what time do gates open?
      • All games will take place at Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium, 2500 E. Ajo Way. Stadium gates open one hour before the first game. 
    • How much do tickets cost and where can I buy them?
      • Tickets are available on the Mexican Baseball Fiesta website
      • General admission ticket prices cost $10 for adults and $6 for children between the ages of 6-16. 
      • Box seats cost $15. 
      • Special discounted tickets, including group tickets, are available for seniors, military, and college students, with valid ID, at the Kino Box Office, 2500 E. Ajo Way, daily from 10 a.m. until the start of the second game.
    • Is there a fee for parking?  
      • Parking for Thursday and Saturday games is $5 per car. Parking for Friday and Sunday games is free.
    • Is reserved seating available?
    • Is there handicapped seating available?  
      • Yes, the top row of the seating areas are dedicated for handicapped guests and their companions. Disabled guests requiring any assistance, or access to the suites should visit Guest Services.
    • Do you take credit cards for ticket purchases?
      • Online tickets are all done via credit card. Box Office tickets may be purchased with cash or credit card. An ATM will be available. 
    • What is the phone number to the Kino Ticket Office?

    • What if I purchased tickets and can’t print them? 
      • Online tickets must be picked up at the ticket booth prior to entry. Printing of online ticket purchases onsite is NOT possible.
    • Will the “will-call” ticket booth be open?  
      • No all ticket purchases and pick-up will be handled through the main ticket windows.
    • What gate will be used to enter the stadium?  
      • Gate “A” only for general admission.
    • If I have a suite reserved, where do I check-in?  
      • All ticket holders must enter thru Gate “A” and the security check point.
    • Is there a security gate check?  
      • Yes, Kino Sports Complex will enforce a “Clear Bag Policy” at the gate.  Please see the clear bag policy flyer for a list of allowed items. Security will do checks at the gate, which may include pat downs. All guests are encouraged to leave non-allowed items locked in their car.
    • What can we bring to the game? 
      • Kino Sports Complex will be under the “Clear Bag Policy”.  Items must be brought in a clear bag, and certain items are not permitted. See the clear bag policy flyer
    • Do we need wristbands to purchase and drink alcohol?  
      • Yes, there will be designated I.D. wristband areas within the Stadium.
    • Is there a designated smoking area at the Stadium?  
      • Although Pima County facilities are designated as "No Smoking," individual events do allow smoking based upon Director approval. The Mexican Baseball Fiesta has requested and been granted a designated smoking area, near the sand pit by the Stadium Clubhouse building (along left field near gate “D”).
    • Do the concession stands take credit cards? 
      • Yes, the main concessions stands do accept credit cards. However, standalone vendors might not. For your convenience, there will be several ATM’s located throughout the Stadium.
    • Are Pets allowed?  
      • Pets are NOT allowed at anytime. Service animals, however, ARE allowed in the Stadium. All service animals must be on a leash and the owner is required to pick up after them. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act, emotional, therapy, or companion animals are not considered “service animals. 
    • What time do the games begin?  
      • First game begins Thursday at 5 p.m.; Friday & Saturday at 5:30 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m. The second games will begin  immediately following the first.
    • Are there activities before the game?  
      • Yes, there will be vendors, inflatables and music. See the Mexican Baseball Fiesta website for a listing of bands playing during and after the games.
