    2019 Calendar Year Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Enrollment is now in progress

    Beginning November 5, 2018, you will have the opportunity to enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or make contribution changes to your Health Savings Account (HSA) for calendar year 2019.

    HSA Information:

    • You can make changes to your HSA contributions at any time during the year.
    • If you do not make any HSA changes, your current bi-weekly deduction will carry forward to the new year.
    • Deductions may vary due to rounding, bi-weekly limits, and certain life events that may occur during the plan year.

    2019 Employee/Employer Combined Maximums:

    • Employee Only:  $3,500
    • Employee plus dependent coverage:  $7,000
    • Catch up provision for those over 55:  $1,000

    FSA Information:

    • Health Care and Dependent Care FSA participation requires enrollment every year.
    • Unused amounts up to $500 remaining in your Healthcare FSA account will rollover to the next calendar year only if you re-enroll. 

    2019 Calendar Year Maximums:

    • Healthcare General or Limited Purpose FSA:  Annual limits will be announced early November.
    • Dependent Care:  $5,000 (does not rollover)

    Changes will be effective January 1, 2019, and reflected on your January 11, 2019 paycheck.

    The deadline to qualify for the 2019/20 Healthy Lifestyle Premium Discounts is quickly approaching

    Do you want to save money on your 2019/20 medical premiums? Employee Wellness would like to reward you for making healthy decisions by offering you Healthy Lifestyle Premium Discounts!

    To qualify for each discount you must complete the eligibility requirements for each discount by February 28, 2019.
