    Please join the Pima County Regional Flood Control District for a public open house for the Pantano Wash Bank Protection and River Park: Craycroft Road to Tanque Verde Road Project.

    The purpose of this meeting is to introduce the project and to gather feedback from the community. What you say is important to us and we hope you will attend and share your thoughts about the project.

    The proposed project consists of the following:
    • A connection on the south bank of the Rillito at Craycroft Road to the Pantano Wash north of Tanque Verde Road.
    • 1.3 miles of paved river park pathway on the west bank.
    • Bank protection on the west bank of the Pantano Wash between Ft. Lowell Park and Tanque Verde Road.
    • A public staging area, equestrian parking, public art, and landscaping.

    Please feel free to stop by and review project displays between 6 and 7:30 p.m. There will be a short presentation at 6:15 p.m.
