    Overhead lighting installationOn Wednesday, June 12, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Pima County Department of Transportation will begin removing 26 non-working lantern lights located on the medians on West Esperanza Boulevard between South La Cañada Drive and I-19, and on South La Cañada Drive between West Esperanza Boulevard and West Trader Lane.

    This removal is part of the overall project to install overhead lighting for both pedestrian crosswalks on Esperanza Boulevard between Interstate 19 and La Cañada Drive.

    Please approach the area with caution and obey all traffic control devices. No lane closures are expected.

    In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, the construction schedule is subject to change.
