  • Census training planned for September

In partnership with the U.S. Census Bureau, Pima County Library is hosting a census data training workshop Sept. 18, 10 a.m.-noon, at Flowing Wells Library, 1730 W. Wetmore Road. Anyone who uses data to make decisions, prepare grant proposals and/or build business strategies is encouraged to attend.

Participants will learn about how to navigate the power of census data and explore the latest updates to the new web tool designed to access Census Bureau data, data.census.gov.

This workshop is open to the public, but seating is limited. Register here
The new web data tool is the primary way to access data from the Census Bureau’s most popular surveys and programs. This is a great opportunity to learn from a U.S. Census Bureau data professional how to navigate the new site.

NOTE: As of July 2019 the census bureau stopped updating the current resource American FactFinder and transitioned to the data.census.gov tool.
