    Funding is currently being prioritized for low-income families who meet the following requirements:

    • Live in unincorporated Pima County, including City of South Tucson, towns of Marana, Sahuarita, and Oro Valley
    • Live in pre-1978 site built housing (no mobiles or manufactured housing)
    • Household must include at least one child under 6 years of age, either living or frequently visiting the home, or a pregnant woman
    • Household meet income limits set by the Department of Housing & Urban Development, 80% Area Median Income, based on household size
