  • Acknowledge selected directives through ADP

    Pima County Human Resources is relaunching the County’s Directives Acknowledgment Series through ADP beginning January 1, 2020. The County Administrator has approved a schedule of selected directives which will be accessible on the ADP Portal home page throughout the first month of each quarter. 

    The January 2020 schedule includes the following items which require each employee’s review and acknowledgment:

    • Personnel Policy (PP) 8-111 – Outside Employment
    • Board of Supervisors (BOS) Policy D 21.1 – Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Policy
    • Board of Supervisors Policy D 21.2 – Prevention of Sexual Harassment
    • Board of Supervisors Policy D 21.3 – Prevention of Workplace Harassment  
    • Educational Guide:  Understanding and Preventing Workplace/Sexual Harassment 
    Pursuant to PP 8-111, Outside Employment agreements must be renewed each calendar year.
     
    Employee Instructions and Manager Instructions for the Acknowledgment Series are available on the ADP Portal home page and the Human Resources intranet page.
