    waterline installationBeginning Saturday, February 15, 2020, at 7 a.m., Pima County’s Project Management Office (PMO) and their contractor, The Ashton Company, will be connecting to an existing 12-inch waterline on Mary Ann Cleveland Way to provide service to the new Pima County Esmond Station Southeast Library between Empire High School and Atterbury Wash Way.

    For safety purposes, lane closures are necessary to connect to the waterline. Traffic will be restricted to one travel lane with flaggers directing traffic through the area. Two-way traffic will be re-established late afternoon.

    Motorists can expect delays. Please approach the area with caution and obey all traffic control devices including speed limit reductions in the construction zone.

    In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, the construction schedule may be subject to change.
