Read More NewsPima County Public Libraries announced today all public libraries and bookdrops will be closed effective at the close of business on March 17. The move is based on recommendations by the Arizona Library Association as well as guidance from the Centers for Disease Control.
Library materials due dates will be extended until further notice.
Library staff will be reviewing the possibility of a limited reopening of the libraries to include at least two options: limited library hours at 26 library locations; and regional library coverage with hours of operations limited to a single shift each day.
