The Resorts, Pools & Spas Task Force is one of three task forces under the Expediting Government Regulation Subcommittee. They will look at how resorts, pools and spas can safely reopen and how various regulatory entities such as the Pima County Health Department's Community Health and Food Safety team can expedite necessary training and permitting.

New Rules for Reopening
The Board of Supervisors May 21 adopted via Proclamation new, temporary, minimum public health safety standards for the operation of some businesses -- including resorts, spas and public/semi-public pools -- during the COVID-19 pandemic. The new rules revise, amend and delete some of the rules passed May 13.
