The Pima County Health Department is encouraging through its inspection process all area restaurants, pools, gyms, fitness centers, hotels and resorts and other business covered by the May 13 Pima County Board of Supervisors Proclamation to adopt minimum standards of public health and safety during the pandemic.

If a business that should be following these standards is not, the public can report it here and our Consumer Health Food Safety (CHFS) team will contact the business and provide education and guidance.

However, at this time the CHFS team is precluded from investigating these reports pending a legal challenge from District 11 legislators, Senator Vince Leach, Representative Mark Finchem, and Representative Bret Roberts via the state's Attorney General.

If you wish to address any concerns about this action by the LD 11 delegation, you can use these contact links:
    Sen. Leach
    Rep. Finchem
    Rep. Roberts

or you can write to Attorney General Mark Brnovich.
