The Pima County Small Business Commission will conduct a vote at a public meeting tentatively scheduled for June 2020 to appoint the new at-large Commissioner based on the letters of interest and resumes received. Submissions received after 5 p.m. June 10, 2020 will not be considered.
Qualifications
To be considered for appointment to the at-large position, applicants must:
- Be an owner or company manager of a small business located in Pima County
- Own or manage a business no larger than 100 full-time equivalent employees
- Be knowledgable about small business issues and be able to represent different segments of the Pima County small business community
The Pima County Small Business Commission is an 11-member advisory body to the Pima County Board of Supervisors and is an unpaid, appointed position. For more information, please visit the Pima County Small Business Commission website.
