Pima County One-Stop Career Center has been working with the
Joint Technical Education District and local machining industry employers to train high school students and create internships that lead to employment.

Pima Community College.
One-Stop paid the students for four weeks of their eight-week internships, and is helping them pay tuition at PCC.
The private-public partnerships are helping to fill the needs for qualified workers in the aerospace industry.
