    Pima County Planning Director Arlan Colton gave a presentation to Green Valley residents on Nov. 8 about Pima Prospers, the County’s 10-year update of its Comprehensive Plan.

    “The goal here is how can we make the county, its citizens, its businesses and its environment prosper,” Colton said.

    “We will look at land use, transportation, flood control, delivery of some health care and social services — services predominantly delivered by the county. The library is an example of the county providing services to the entire county, including the incorporated areas.”
