Pima County Development Services and the Health Department's Consumer Health and Food Safety Division have come up with recommendations for opening restaurants in Pima County in accordance with public health guidance. Pima County will be suspending inspections requiring inspectors to enter occupied spaces until further notice. Alternatively these inspections should be completed using the Remote Inspection Program.
