    Program: Healthy Living: Managing Ongoing Health Conditions
    Description:

    An interactive program developed by Stanford University and facilitated by the Pima County Health Department to help adults and caregivers gain the skills needed to manage ongoing health conditions, but can also help those that just want to make healthy lifestyle changes. Through group interaction, goal setting, and action planning, participants learn many ways to take control of their own health.
     
    This free 6-week program meeting once a week for 2.5 hours, or adapted program meeting twice a week for 1 hour, consists of 10-16 participants. Registration is required as class size is limited.

    Who can participate? All Pima County employees.

    You should attend if you are living with:
    • Hypertension
    • Arthritis
    • Heart & Lung Disease
    • Cancer
    • Diabetes
    • Other Ongoing Health Conditions
    • Those wanting to make healthy lifestyle changes

    Space is limited.
    Incentive:
