    StoryShare: Transforming Stories from Page to Stage (Ages 8-12)

    Imagine being an actor, writer, or director of an original production! In this class you will collaborate with others to transform original stories and creative ideas into one-of-a-kind productions that you will perform at the end of the session. Inspired by the Stories that Soar! Program, this class is a safe and exciting place for exploring your creative side.     Duplo Toddlers Class (Ages 3-5)

    Reinforce essential preschool skills with a fun, new approach based on the time-tested popularity of LEGO® Bricks! Introduce your toddlers to the fun of learning, building, and playing the Bricks 4 Kidz way! The Bricks 4 Kidz alphabet based curriculum introduces developmentally appropriate concepts such as counting, ordering, and patterning, recognizing colors and shapes, using positional words and more. Each lesson closes with a few minutes of free play time and a lively finger play or song about the model of the day. In this class, toddlers will create exciting models using DUPLO® bricks, allowing them to build in a scale designed for their little hands.

    Enrichment Program Class (Ages 5-12)

    Bricks 4 Kidz offers project-based programs designed to teach principles of engineering and architecture, as well as concepts across a variety of subject areas including math, science, and history to children ages 5-12. Students will experience hands-on engineering fundamentals as they build motorized models using LEGO® bricks. Projects are designed to fit children’s skill levels, allowing children of all ages to complete similar but skill appropriate models. Through the use of lab-focused exercises, utilizing LEGO® bricks, the children have the ability to learn, build and explore.

    Bricks 4 Kidz Jr. Robotics Program (Ages 7-12)

    WeDo Robotics is geared to students 7-12 years of age. Using WeDo Software, students will be able to program the robots they craft out of Lego® bricks. WeDo bridges the physical world, represented by Lego models, and the virtual world of computers and programming software, providing a hands-on, minds-on learning experience that actively involves young students in their own learning process. WeDo is generally aimed at promoting children’s creative thinking, but also teamwork and problem-solving skills, skills which are essential in the 21st century workplace.
